An exploration of physical, spiritual and emotional nourishment
Welcome to The Lotus Room; a co-working space for Light Workers, Healers, Facilitators and Teachers. The Lotus Room was born from the idea that the world needs more healers, and that it needs to be easier for healers to access beautiful spaces to work.
We run regular group classes, unique workshops as well as one to one healing sessions across a variety of modalities.
The Lotus Room prides itself on creating a warm, energised space where all are welcome, regardless of experience level.
Workshops and Classes
We offer a variety of regular classes including medicine drum and crystal sound bowl healings, mediation circles, and yoga classes including pregnancy, mums and bubs, and restorative. Special events, such as women’s circles, complete our timetable.
One to One Healing
The Lotus Room is home to Reiki practitioners, crystal healers, sound healers, intuitive energy healers and more. We are also home to complementary therapists such as psychologists and wellness coaches, and would love to welcome new faces and services to our practice.
