A strong, movement based class to strengthen, lengthen and energize the body. Physical poses (asana) to strengthen, tone and stretch the body, breath work to calm and soothe the nervous system.
There is a lot of movement and strength in this class and it can be aerobic. Prepare for a real sweat and a work out.
This class is suitable for all levels, and you are encouraged to work at your own level of intensity.
This class is done in a safe and friendly environment, and I will make sure you are learning as you go, giving you options that are suitable for your body and your energy levels!
