Release and Renew – Yin Yoga and Sound Healing

Begin your journey by setting a personal intention, allowing you to connect deeply with your purpose for the practice. We’ll then guide you through calming breathwork, helping you create the mindset needed to fully immerse in the Yin Yoga experience.
Our Yin Yoga session will focus on releasing tension and stress through gentle postures targeting the chest, shoulders, spine, and hips. These poses will open your body and soothe your mind, preparing you for deep relaxation. Following the practice, you’ll transition into an extended savasana, where you’ll be bathed in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls. This sound bath will support emotional release, deep relaxation, and inner healing.
To ground yourself before departing, we’ll close with herbal tea, sweet treats, and fresh fruit, leaving you empowered and ready for the week ahead.

Anyone who is looking for a feeling of complete release and relaxation, escaping the activity driven day- to- day life for a short while, to return with their body, mind and nervous system recharged and relaxed.
No yoga experience required. The only expectation is that you are able to get onto your yoga mat and up again unassisted.

Your own yoga mat and water bottle.
All Props are provided; however, you can bring your own bolster, cushion, blanket for additional comfort.
Wear comfortable clothes suitable for the weather conditions on the day.
Please arrive 10 minutes before start time to check in and settle before the practice begins.
