These are floor based classes based on Pilates principles. Classes use bodyweight as resistance and will also incorporate various props such as balls, small weights, bands and fitness circles to add variety and intensity.
These classes are suitable to all fitness levels.
Why our classes?

Our classes are led by physiotherapists. This allows you to have confidence in exercising safely whilst under the watchful eye of a physiotherapist.

Our instructors know your injuries and issues and can therefore modify the exercises during the class to suit your individual needs.

Our classes are covered by private health which means you could be paying as little as $10-$15 a class.
